Starting from the work
We did not start with the tool, but with the work. In every session participants brought their own tasks: an editorial piece, an analysis, a recurring process. We practised with those, so AI landed directly in tomorrow's work.
Skill, not tricks
The focus was on judgement: when do you trust AI output, when do you steer, and where does your own craft stay indispensable. That attitude seemed to make the difference between incidental use and lasting change.
